You guys… I mean it when I say that this job is honestly the best. It made all the career uncertainty growing up and the debt from a uni degree I don’t use totally worth it. Why? Well, there are a stack of reasons but the biggest one would have to be my gorgeous JFL couples and the trust they have in me to document their love and the start of the life together as husband & wife. I also think it’s super special that it brings people from my past that I may have lost touch with over the years as our paths went different ways, back into my life – like it did with Louise. I first met this gorgeous girl years ago through a church in Toowoomba that I was attending – in a bit of a crazy time, way before photography was a part of my life & way before Nick was around too. I remember thinking back then, just as I know now – that Louise is not only one of the sweetest, but she is also one of the kindest people I have ever met…. and she is now in love and has found her prince charming in Hany!
I caught up with these two in Redcliffe, north of Brisbane by the water – Louise had spent time there as a child on holidays – so with all those good memories, it was the perfect choice for their Engagement Session. Here’s a sneak peek into the photos we took during our time together:
As I like to get to know my couples really well, I asked them both what they love most about each other (yes, I’m super romantic and love LOVE)
Louise shared with me “I love that Hany is SO very kind and thoughtful. I’ve honestly never met a guy as kind as he is!”
Hany kept things simple when he answered, telling me that he just loves Louise’s beautiful smile… and you know what, we totally agree – and he makes her smile like no one else!
Hany & Louise, I’m SO excited to be documenting your Wedding Day this Sunday, here in Brisbane! It’s going to be an amazing day and I know you both have an amazing future ahead of you. Lots of love, K xx
