Feature Friday #6 – High Church Brisbane

A few weeks ago, I popped into one of Brisbane’s newest and most sought after wedding venues – High Church, Brisbane. They were having an open night and what is an open night, without it being documented, so I offered to take some photos for them – and hey, I could check it out myself then too! And wow, did it impress. Located on Malt Street in Fortitude Valley, it is not only conveniently close to the Valley precinct, it also has stunning views overlooking the Story Bridge (on dusk, the lights are just beautiful!) and it’s a photographers dream with it’s modern mets luxe style. Want to see what I’m talking all about, check out the photographs below.

Styled with finesse by the talented team at Main Event Weddings, this venue was impeccably dressed, with touches of copper that smiled with simple sophistication. They really did bring this stunning space to life! You can read more of their own blog post here and see even more photographs that I took for them!

The specifics:
– Host up to 250 guests for your next cocktail affair, or sit-down glamour for up to 120.
– There is ample street parking around High Church, which is completely free on weekends and after 5pm.
– With a range of preferred suppliers that they work with frequently, planning your wedding day has just gotten SO much easier! Click here to have a look at who they recommend!

They also had the great team from Zen Catering on board to cater for the evening, with the champagne flowing and a stunning antipasto & bread table fully stocked, needless to say I was doing everything I could to resist standing nearby to take photo’s (and snacking in between)… If only I was sneakier! Instead, I took photos of said bread. It was almost as satisfying!
